About Me

Shamier Anderson captivates audiences on both the big and small screens with his incredible talent. He can be seen starring in John Wick 4 opposite Keanu Reeves and as well as in Season 2 of the hit TV series ‘Invasion’ for Apple TV. The proud Scarborough Canadian, native has also co-founded The Black Academy, a not-for-profit. The organization’s goal is to facilitate the development of young and emerging Black talent in the entertainment industry. Anderson Executive Produced the first ever nationally televised Black award show in Canada, The Legacy Awards. He also Co-founded Bay Mills Studios, a production company, alongside his brother and partner Golden Globe Nominee Stephan James where they develop, produce and package scripted shows and films internationally.

Off-screen Shamier Anderson is an undeniable force in the world of music and his DJ abilities have captivated audiences with his eclectic style and infectious mash ups. Shamier has played various events, clubs and marquee venues. He has a larger than life stage presence and an innate ability to activate the crowd.

Shamier’s love affair with music began at a young age, curating songs from a wide range of genres such as Hip-hop, R&B, Rock, Dance, House, Dancehall and Reggae. Shamier believes in the power of blending different iconic sounds and styles to create a unique musical experience for his listeners. Nothing is off limits when curating a vibe….

He is heavily influenced by his Jamaican roots whether he’s working on an original composition or remixing a popular song. Industry tastemakers have taken notice of Shamier’s unique sound, with support pouring in from some of the biggest names in the business. DJ duo Loud Luxury gave Shamier the official co-sign by having him share the stage at their official VELD After Party in 2023.
